Footwear: I prefer to shoot in an old pair of para boots, they give me a bit more stability on the line, plus the're very good for when the weather is a bit dodgy unless i've come direct from work in which case I'm usualy wearing a pair of V8 steels which work just as well.
If its not obvious I realy am scraping the barrel here, if you want to know anythng else PM me
Started shooting when i joined Uni late summer 2003, and i've been forcing my dodgy opinions on people ever since
Currently out of the loop, hope to return soon
Spend far too much money on your equipment, neglect the finer aspects of your technique and be very supprised when you cant hit the gold consistantly at 20 yards.
Seriously though, make sure you kit is as good as it can be, make sure you have the form and stamina to last a competition and work on your mental work with a good coach, this is the point that i've got to and i hope to be able to post more advice here soon
Strive to be the best, then strive to be better
