It was in the year 1997 when Mr. Heracleo Patrimonio encouraged me to be an archer. I was 15 years old then.
A third year high school student at the Dumaguete Science High School.
I was trained for only three weeks and in such a short span of time, I was chosen to join a competion wherein
different archers from the whole of region 7 in the Philippines also joined.
I could'nt believe it but thank GOd......i won the most coveted silver medal. That triumph serves as my inspiration to go on playing archery. From that moment on,my love for archery grows even stronger than I did before.

ARCHERY
You can be a hunter in this sport
Or a warrior in court
And you can be like Robin Hood
By making a bow out of wood
Deep inside you must always be wise
Just like Robin Hood in disguise
Archers must be humble
And at the same time simple
Let's enjoy and play the game
Let the bulls eye be your aim
Have the GUTS and GLORY
And let ARCHERY be your DESTINY
